Orders and Shipping

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery time depends on your location but usually takes 4–7 working days within India. For international orders, delivery may take 10–15 days.

 

Click on the “Sign Up” or “My Account” icon at the top of the page. Fill in your name, email address, and password to register. You can also sign in using Google or Facebook for quicker access.

 

You can update your shipping address before your order is shipped by contacting our customer service. Once shipped, the address cannot be changed.

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this number to track your order through our courier partner’s website.

No, we do not store any credit/debit card information. All transactions are processed securely via trusted and encrypted payment gateways.

All prices displayed on the website are inclusive of applicable taxes. You won’t be charged any extra tax at checkout.

 

Yes, we offer international shipping to many countries. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination and will be displayed at checkout.

In most cases, your items will be delivered in a single package. If an order is split due to availability at different warehouses, you will be notified and tracking will be provided for each parcel.

If you need to swap an item

Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns for damaged or incorrect items. Return requests must be made within 5 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging. For more details, please visit our Returns & Exchange Policy.

We’re sorry for the mix-up! Please contact our support team within 48 hours of receiving the order. We’ll arrange a return and send you the correct item as quickly as possible.

 

If your item was damaged in transit, contact us immediately with photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will process a free replacement or refund as applicable.

 

Once your return is approved, we’ll share the return address and shipping instructions. Please do not send any returns without prior authorization from our team.

    Our team is available Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 6 PM IST.

Please contact us immediately after placing your order. If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can update the address. If it has already shipped, we’ll try to help reroute the package, but this may not always be possible.

 

Orders can only be changed or cancelled within 12 hours of placing them. Once an order is processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Please reach out quickly for any changes.

Some out-of-stock items may be available for pre-order. Look for the “Pre-Order” option on the product page, or contact us to check availability and estimated delivery timelines.
